Booking Terms
Terms & Conditions
IATA ticketing access
Clear booking checks
Time-sensitive fares
These terms apply when you use AirSaffar to enquire about, reserve, or book flights and related travel services. Supplier and airline conditions may also apply, and those terms can affect changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, and travel documentation.
Booking Process
AirSaffar provides fare quotations based on availability at the time of enquiry. A booking is not confirmed until passenger details have been checked, payment or agreed deposit has been received, and we issue written confirmation.
Passengers are responsible for checking names, travel dates, destinations, baggage allowance, transit points, and any special requests before tickets are issued. Airline rules usually require names to match travel documents exactly.
Payment
Prices may change until ticketing is complete because fares, taxes, exchange rates, and seat availability are controlled by airlines and suppliers.
Full payment, deposit terms, instalment deadlines, and payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Failure to pay by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation or fare changes.
Cancellations
Cancellation rules vary by airline, fare type, route, and supplier. Many discounted tickets are non-refundable or carry airline and agency charges.
If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We will explain the applicable airline rules, request cancellation where possible, and confirm any refund amount or credit option available.
Liability
AirSaffar acts as a booking agent for airlines and travel suppliers. The operation of flights, schedule changes, baggage handling, denied boarding, delays, and onboard services are controlled by the relevant carrier or supplier.
We will support you with reasonable care and skill, but we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, supplier actions, incorrect passenger information provided to us, or failure to meet passport, visa, health, or entry requirements.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer protection rules state otherwise.
